Inset Photo: South Tampa has many fine people in the design field. Photo submitted by Thomas Everett Lamb Design and Development, Inc. Thomas is a fine example of a specialist in Neoclassical home design, a style that lends itself very easily to romanticism.
Under a clamshell moon, the dark Tudor mansion in south Tampa mirrors an age of medieval castles and kings. Built in 1923, the 4,000-square-foot home is constructed of bay-colored bricks, fused together from the kiln to create a stonelike appearance. Outside, Spanish moss hangs from crooked oak limbs, casting ghostly shadows across the home’s towering… Read more »

We were looking to build a really spectacular home here. We purchased a lot on the Palma Ceia Golf Course.
We then set about to find an architect or residential designer. There were very few homes we saw that we liked.
It seemed all the truly well designed beautiful homes were designed by one man, Tom Lamb. We called Tom,
showed him the lot, explained what we had in mind and immediately knew he understood our dream and
would help us achieve it. He was a pleasure to work with... We would recommend him to anyone looking
to build a quality, beautiful home... His knowledge... creative insight and integrity were amazing.
